A spectacular culinary journey took place at #WingLeiPalace, listed on #Asias50Best Restaurants, where six near-extinct treasures documented in food writer Agnes Chee’s book “Vanishing Flavors of Cantonese Cuisine” were featured. Our Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung presented the dishes using century-old France brand Legle’s RUYI tableware collection to further highlight the beauty of the cuisine.
